Pricing

All pricing subjected to change without prior notice. All parts herein will be invoiced at the current prices in effect at the time of shipment.

Payment

Payment for all orders will be pre-paid in full. Visa, Mastercard, & American Express are welcome. C.O.D. to dealer will be certified funds or company check if authorized after proof of business such as resale card or business license number. We reserve the right to require certified check on C.O.D. orders.

Shipping

We ship by UPS & Fed Ex. Some oversize or over weight items will be shipped via the best available shipper. All freight charges will be added to the invoice.

Returns & Cancelations

We will not accept unauthorized returns of any type. If you feel a return is warranted, please contact us for a return authorization number which must be marked on the outside of each package to be accepted in our recieving department. All returns must be pre-paid. There will be no exceptions.

No returns after 7 days from the date is received.

There are no returns on any electronic parts.

There are no returns on used or damaged parts unless found to be defective bu us.

A 15% restocking fee, and all shipping charges/processing fees will be deducted from any credit due on all returned merchandise or canceled orders unless other prior arrangements have been made with Eurospeed.ca. All Product orders are considered valid until canceled. Orders not cancelled and cancellation acknowledged by Eurospeed.ca prior to shipping will incur shipping charges and processing fees when merchandise is returned as per above.

Claims

Damage to packages must be noted by the customer at the time of receipt and reported immediately to the shipper. Hidden damage must be reported to carrier immediately. In both cases, damages are to be settled between the customer and the carrier. We will assist the customer if and when necessary. Our errors, i.e., miss- shipment, etc; will be handled immediately after being brought to our attention.

Back Orders

We will endeavor to do our best to fill your order completely. Should the situation arise, all back ordered items will be listed on your invoice. All back ordered will be shipped when they become available. Should you wish to cancel back ordered parts, please contact us immediately other wise you will be held responsible for their acceptance. All back orders will automatically be cancelled after 45 days, unless we are notified in writting, giving us your authorization to extend this time period.

Price Quotes

All price quotes are subjected to change without notice. It is hard to maintain a quoted price due to any unforeseen obstacles, changes in costs, as well as doing items on a custom basis. We will do our best to maintain par with the prices quoted.

Availability Disclaimer

Availability of certain items shown in this site are limited and may not always available for immediate delivery. Special orders could take up to 6 to 8 weeks.

Special Orders

We will accept special orders for parts not normally stocked or listed at the customers request. A deposit in advance will be required for all special orders.

WARRANTY
All items in this site are warranted to be free from defects in manufacture, material and workmanship prior to installation. Any alteration or improper use will void this warranty. This warranty is limited, at our option, to the replacement, repair or credit of the defective product. The determination for all warranty claims will be at our sole discretion. This warranty does not cover any direct or indirect costs such as labor, arising from the use of our products. Warranties are offered to the original purchaser against defects in the product. To honor this warranty the original sales receipt must be submitted with all claims. This warranty is only valid in the United States & Canada, and is void if any unit improperly installed on a vehicle or subject to negligence, misuse, or accident. Eurospeed Inc. has no obligation to bear any labor or other costs of return, removal, installation or freight. To make claim under this warranty, you must purchase a replacement of the defective product, then return the defective unit to us at your expense. Upon verification of warranty coverage, a refund will be issued within 30 days.

Use of Materials

You may print or have printed by a third party any downloadable material contained on this Site provided that the following five conditions are met:
1. the material is solely for non-commercial and personal use;
2. no copyright or other proprietary notice is removed from the material;
